Founder's Message

I’m Niraj Verma, the founder of Bhargavi Samarth Welfare Trust. With over 12 years of experience in the corporate sector, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in national-level leadership roles at several reputed MNCs. My work has spanned across operations, quality management, and the successful implementation of numerous government and private projects — including DDU-GKY, PMKVY, CSR initiatives, livelihood missions, and placement-linked skill development programs.

Despite a successful and well-paid career, I found myself searching for deeper meaning and long-term fulfillment. In November 2022, I made the decision to step away from corporate life and dedicate myself fully to building something of my own — something that could empower others, especially those often left behind by traditional systems.

With this vision, I founded two organizations:

1. One aimed at creating employment opportunities for skilled professionals
2. Another focused on providing livelihood support to unskilled and illiterate individuals, who equally deserve dignity, opportunity, and purpose.

Before officially launching Bhargavi Samarth Welfare Trust, I personally trained over 60 underprivileged individuals — many of whom had never touched a computer — at minimal cost. This initiative gave me the inner satisfaction that even a small effort can lead to big changes in someone’s life.

Though I hold a Master’s degree in Education and could pursue a high-paying career, I’ve chosen a different path — one of service, social impact, and grassroots empowerment. Since the establishment of this NGO, I have not taken a single rupee in salary. I work 24/7 with a single purpose: to uplift every individual in need, wherever they are.

The positive energy, support, and encouragement I’ve received from community members, and even inspiration from leaders like Prime Minister Narendra Modi, have strengthened my resolve. Bhargavi Samarth Welfare Trust is more than an NGO — it is a mission, a movement, and a promise to serve.
